Jason Schibinger attended Lebanon Valley College where he received his B.A. degree in Political Science with minor degrees in Social Science and Secondary Education in 1996. Mr. Schibinger received his J.D. in May, 2000, from Widener University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
Mr. Schibinger was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in April, 2001 and is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Schibinger is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lebanon County Bar Association, and the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association. Through his membership with the Lebanon County Bar Association he is a member of the Board of Directors and the Lebanon County Law Explorers Program, which offers high school students in Lebanon County the opportunity to learn about various legal professions throughout the school year.
Mr. Schibinger is President of the Board of Directors of Domestic Violence Intervention of Lebanon County, and he has served as a board member of the organization for a total of 5 years. Mr. Schibinger is also affiliated with Lebanon Valley Sertoma and Lebanon County Developmental Disability Services.
Attorney Schibinger has a general practice of law, concentrating on bankruptcy, family law, social security disability, workers compensation, unemployment compensation, and estate planning and administration.
